Knowledable Professional

My  name is  Mark  Brost  and  I have worked in the construction industry since 2008 primarily as a Supervisor  and  Project Manager and held a General Building  Contractors License in Oregon and  now  currently  in  California. 


I have  conducted over 5,000 residential and commercial inspections and audits in California, Oregon & Washington with over 500 hours of classroom study.


I possess considerable knowledge of the standard methods, techniques, materials, tools and equipment employed in the building construction trades with emphasis in residential energy efficiency  remodel projects. Proficient in writing technical evaluation reports for property inspections as to compliance of (SOP)  Standards of  Practice  in  the  home  inspection  industry.  Please  see  below  for  (SOP) and certifications.


Hands on experience with framing, wood and hardy plank siding, interior and exterior trim, insulation, shingle roofing, plumbing,  electrical and window installation.
